#Marauders #Remus Lupin #Can we just take a minute and think about what this must have been like for him? #Here’s Harry casually reminding him of the night he lost all of his best friends at once—James Lily and Peter supposedly killed at the hands of Sirius—but does Lupin let it faze him? #No he just continues with Harry’s lesson like the motherfucking boss he is because he knows it’s more important than his own grief #I mean he’s been out of work and shunned for years but he just shows up on the Hogwarts Express and first thing he does is take out a Dementor without even giving a fuck #He knows his DADA shit and treats Neville like an actual person and dresses Snape up in drag like it’s no big deal because he’ll probably never be able to shake that Marauder side of him and he doesn’t give a flying fuck in space about blood status because he knows what it’s like to be an outcast #And the kids don’t even care that he’s a werewolf in the end because he’s such a bad-ass #And I bet when he heard about Harry’s patronus he was so proud of him and I bet he sent a silent message up to Lily and James like don’t even worry your son is a complete badass just like you two and he’ll be just fine #So bow down and give all the awards to this motherfucker right here because he is a BAMF
